About our client

Our client is a global investment group with a dynamic presence across Europe. The firm is looking to appoint a Capital Markets Associate or Manager to join its London-based team. You will support strategic financings across the Group’s core verticals, with a primary focus on the entertainment sector and additional exposure to technology, energy, and real estate.

What the job involves

Execute a range of capital markets transactions including high-yield bonds, IPOs, private credit, and acquisition financings
Support interest rate and FX hedging activity in coordination with Treasury
Liaise with banks, legal counsel, and rating agencies throughout deal execution
Coordinate investor materials and communications including earnings presentations and lender decks
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, and Investments

Who we are looking for

Experience in leveraged finance, debt advisory, capital markets in a top investment bank
Strong knowledge of capital structure and debt products
Proven experience executing complex financings
Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills
A proactive and collaborative team player, eager to contribute in a fast-paced environment
