With a new, early-stage fund, as well as their existing growth equity investment trust, they have a broad mandate and significant capital to deploy, truly supporting the most exciting businesses in the space from inception through to IPO. 

The firm has supported over 100 SpaceTech companies through investments and accelerators and their expertise in the sector is unrivalled. Their mission is to accelerate humanity's next giant leap and the impact of SpaceTech can be seen in a wide range of industries including sustainability and climate, security and connectivity. 

The team is looking to hire an analyst into the investment team in an integral role supporting on the full life-cycle of deals across both the early-stage and growth fund. If you are excited by investing in these frontier technologies, this is an exciting opportunity to join an impressive team with brilliant track record. 

What the job involves

  • Deal origination, deep-dives into key tech themes and finding the most exciting deals through research, outreach and networking with founders and investors 
  • Investment execution, supporting various elements of evaluating opportunities, conducting due diligence and preparing investment memos
  • Portfolio management, monitoring portfolio performance and working on specific portfolio company projects 
  • Sector research and analysis 

Who we are looking for

  • Top education and degree from a leading institution, a technical degree would be advantageous 
  • Full-time work experience in a relevant field, most likely from consulting, investment banking, venture/growth capital or a deeptech start-up
  • Strong analytical toolkit and training
  • Notable written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter, capable of independently driving tasks 
  • Passion for the SpaceTech sector and deeptech in general
  • Right to work in the UK
