What the job involves

• As an investment manager, you will work across the full investment cycle, from origination and screening through due diligence, execution and exit
• Play a leading role in building financial models, coordinating advisers and preparing investment committee materials
• Work closely with portfolio companies as a board observer, supporting value creation and add-on acquisitions
• Build relationships with entrepreneurs and contribute to sourcing new opportunities

Who we are looking for

• Foundational private equity experience, ideally with a background in investment banking, M&A or top-tier management consulting
• Strong technical and financial modelling skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Top academics from a leading institution
• Fluent Swedish is essential
• Entrepreneurial, self-starting and energised by sourcing and building relationships with founders
• Experience in industrials or business services is a plus
