About our client

We are working with a leading international private equity fund and advisory group, investing in companies across the globe and across sectors. They are now looking for an intelligent and ambitious Investor Relations professional to join their global team, helping to project manage end to end fundraising processes. The team are currently in full fundraising mode and are therefore seeking a hands-on, proactive individual, who is keen to hit the ground running. The role is to be based in Munich, Germany.
What the job involves

  • Working closely with the Investor Relations team to help co-ordinate and manage their European investor outreach programme
  • Aiding with outreach to existing and current investors in multiple European geographies, offering video conferences and meetings to discuss new products and to learn more about the investors’ current mandates
  • Attending meetings with European investors
  • Distributing fund materials for meetings with potential investors
  • Collating and inputting fundraising tracking data to CRM system
  • Preparing briefing notes for investor meetings
  • Managing and logging data room requests: creating accounts, setting or adjusting permissions, notification to investors by email
  • Helping with mailings – building mailing lists, working with watermarking software, logging emails when sent 
  • Compiling fundraising reports and manipulation of data held therein 

Who we are looking for

  • Experience in financial services, private equity internally or within a placement agent would be advantageous
  • Immaculate attention to detail, ability to execute projects and tasks in a time-efficient manner
  • Strong command of written English language as well as fluent written and spoken German
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent time management, project management and organisational skills
  • Proactive nature, ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks at once
