George Lyons, Director, Asante


George leads Asante’s Munich office and is responsible for originating and directing EMEA fundraising relationships for the Group. During his six years at Asante, George has developed his expertise in capital raising, attracting European investors across a range of private markets strategies. Before joining Asante, George worked as a corporate lawyer at Clifford Chance in London and Amsterdam where he advised on a range of issues including the sale and purchase of portfolio companies within the financial services sector.


Chisom Orij, Director, Bridgepoint


Chisom Orji is a Director and member of the Investor Services team at Bridgepoint. She joined Bridgepoint in 2017, with a particular focus on European middle market fundraising and co-investments. Chisom is actively involved in the current fundraising for Bridgepoint’s flagship buyout fund, Bridgepoint Europe VII. She previously worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions team at Deutsche Bank, covering clients in the Real Estate, Gaming and Leisure sector. Chisom holds a first-class degree from Oxford University in Engineering, Economics and Management.


Timo Schmidt, Director, Hg

Timo joined CVC in 2021 as member of the Client and Product Solution team, responsible for institutional coverage in the DACH region. Prior to joining, Timo spent 1.5 years with private market’s advisory firm Campbell Lutyens. Before starting his private markets career he spent 15 years in capital markets (BNP Paribas, JP Morgan and Bear Stearns) marketing fixed income solutions and derivatives to institutional clients in Germany. Timo studied in Germany and France and holds Master of Science from ESCP-EAP, Paris.
