Our client is a family office, based in Monaco and one other location. This role involves direct reporting to the principal of an UHNW client and offers a unique opportunity to manage a substantial and diverse investment portfolio.

What the job involves

• Construct and maintain a portfolio that balances liquid securities, cash, and risk assets
• Actively engage in investment meetings with the principal to evaluate and analyse various investment opportunities, focusing on special situations, private equity, and a diverse range of other investment vehicles
• Maintain a robust risk management framework
• Uphold the mandate of wealth preservation
• Maintain excellent relationships with banks, brokers, and funds
• Collaborate closely with the in-house team
• Demonstrate strong independent leadership and decision-making skills

Who we are looking for

• Proven experience in a senior position within a family office, with a strong focus on asset allocation
• A deep understanding of various investment vehicles, including special situations, private equity, liquid securities, and risk assets
• Knowledge of public bonds is particularly important due to the current high exposure in the portfolio
• Demonstrated ability in evaluating investment opportunities
• Strong relationship management skills
